Are you a youth age 14-23?

Are you looking for resources, advice, friendship?  Safe Homes is dedicated to supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth who need a safe and welcoming place.

Young people come to Safe Homes from Worcester and surrounding towns. Some are in high school or college, and some have jobs or attend work-training programs. Though we all come from different experiences and backgrounds, we are united in our support of one another.

Why do youth come to Safe Homes?

They come:

  • For support and advocacy around LGBTQ issues

  • For encouragement and advice from adult advisors

  • To make friends and meet other members of the LGBTQ community

  • To participate in fun and educational activities that promote healthy choices

  • For free counseling from licensed counselors

  • To gain access to community resources

  • To participate in the Peer Leadership program

We always welcome new faces, and hope to see you soon!
